Guarantee and Service Conditions

The most important assurances our customers demand, following the purchase of a machine are, of course, on the Guarantee and After-sales Service from X-Trend.

Our own Technical Service Team is fully equipped with the knowledge and competence to deal efficiently with our customer's requirements. 

Performance

Guarantee:

One year - includes labour, travel and parts (working parts wear and tear excluded).

Additional Time: Parts guarantee according to the manufacturers and product (will be specified in the offer).

Guarantee conditions will only apply where  service, cleaning and preventative maintenance is regularly undertaken by the X-Trend Service Team.

Equipment Repairs:

Repairs are normally undertaken within 2 – 4 days.

Urgent repairs, required within 24-48 hours, will incur additional charges.
